Please beware: I am in the process of seeking legal action. Used my wife’s card.. Deposited over £2500 when trying to withdraw my £300 they wouldn’t allow blacklisted my wife’s card and kept the money. Absolutely disgraceful.
Update: after your rapid response on trust pilot your email has done nothing but say you are voiding my £300 withdrawal as I used my wife’s even though I’m party to this account. Relying on a clause on the contract.. I have an appointment to get this out publicly so no more innocent people can be scammed by this company

It’s a shame I have to give 2 stars.
The site is fine with lots of my favourite games.
My issue is with the support given for technical issues. I entered a bonus round on golden egypt of 15 free spins with x3 multiplier which crashed after 3 spins. I’m still unable to complete the game on the device I was using or any of several other devices. I tried all the suggestions which were given when I initially contacted support) clear caches etc. ) it is now going into the third week since the issue was reported and the only further advice given has been the same basic things suggested at the time of the initial problem. Definitely feel like I’m being fobbed off and will lose the bonus round I’m owed by some small print in T&C’s.
It’s a shame really as withdrawals are pretty quick and customer services are pleasant but not really able to help with issues such as this.

Support have informed me there is no solution to the problem other than to void the bonus game and to forfeit all winnings linked to the game.
At no point have I received an explanation or reason for the cause of the fault.
I have already raised a complaint with your nominated independent body IBAS and am awaiting their outcome.
The castle jackpot reference for this issue is 622816.
Overall I think it has not been handled well and the information given to me has been very limited. I realise that it has a only a relatively small amount but after depositing (and losing) £1000 prior to this issue I did expect a better service.

This is a scammy casino
This is a scammy casino. It had an offer, where it would give you a bonus for losing up to £5; so when I lost £5 and god the bonus. But when I tried to play with, I realised that my cash balance was being used first. What's more my cash balance didn't count towards the wagering requirements for the bonus. And if I withdrew, I would lose the bonus. So, the only way to get to the bonus was to lose all my cash balance first. How unfair is this! That's a scam if there ever was one. Stay away.

Made a couple of withdrawals total of just short of 800 pounds over two weeks ago still not recieved it. Trying to sort it woth customer services but waiting days at a time for replies and feel like im not getting anywhere! Suspect a lot of fake reviews - beware of this company
Went onto this site to check it out because of the £10 no deposit bonus. Turns out that you have to register a credit card, but also that the credit card must have some money in the account and also states that "no money will be taken. At this stage" at this stage? That's a worrying line.
Also having come onto trustpilot I read some reviews and it was really strange to see so many positive reviews. The amount is quite unheard of and several people allegedly mention 'big wins'. Upon further checking it was quite worrying that the majority of these 'reviews' were from people with either one or two reviews.
I honestly don't believe them and this seems yet another case of a company manipulating this site to get more customers.

Deceptive and breaking data protection laws.
I just wanted to share how disgusting and deceptive this businesses practice is. I recently deposited money on their website using a 3rd parties debit card with their consent (as I don't have one of my own). At no point during adding the card, or depositing using the card does it state this isn't allowed.
I subsequently made a small profit of £60 fairly on their slot machines. I then requested to withdraw a total of £80 (£20 deposit and £60 profit). I assumed this was all fine, after 2 days castle jackpot requested verification documents. They requested my ID and proof of address, they also requested the 3rd parties ID, the front of their debit card and a signed letter confirming their consent for me to use their card. I happily sent all of these requested documents (I sent my birth certificate, a council tax bill, I sent the signed letter, the 3rd parties card and their driving licence covering their licence number). After a day they responded stating that the letter needed to state specifically the consent to use the card on their website, and needed to be signed and dated. They also requested to send a clearer picture of the 3rd parties card again, and the 3rd parties driving licence without anything covered (as they needed these for "verification" purposes). So I again followed their instructions and sent the updated signed and dated letter, and a clear picture of the 3rd parties debit card and a full picture of their driving licence.
After waiting again another day, they sent an email stating I had breached their terms and conditions as it states you can't use a 3rd parties card for deposits. So they refused to honour the withdrawal based on those terms.
So they deceptively have received off me all of my ID documents, and also the 3rd parties documents. Why request these and then state terms and conditions? I won fairly, I honestly didn't know you couldn't use another person's card with their consent. The site doesn't make that easy enough to know either, and they requested personal documents implying that after sending them everything would be fine. They have breached data protection laws (GDPR) by asking for personal documents they don't have any reason to request. I am going to take this further on that reason alone.
So ultimately they are a very deceptive company, who must hold numerous illegally obtained documents. Which worries me to why they have them, and what they intend to do with them. They don't pre warn you that you can't use another person's card, they will happily accept the deposits and take the money. But will refuse to pay out honestly won funds even after sending them numerous documents that they have requested, implying that after received they will submit the withdrawal request.
Also I wouldn't be surprised if all or most of these reviews below are fake, which I will also get looked in to by trustpilot.
